The Eumundi Brewery team came together with a team of passionate Sunshine Coast brewers for a special cause: making a ‘coffee lager’ collab brew to raise funds for Smart Pups Assistance Dogs.

The combined efforts of Moffatt Beach Brewing, Sunshine Brewery, Sunshine Coast Brewery, Heads of Noosa Brewing, Your Mates Brewing Co, Brouhaha Brewery and the Sunshine Coast Homebrewers Associaton, with Eumundi Coffee Co and Kai coffee raising more than $10,000.

Eumundi head brewer Chris Sheehan said it was a top-notch brew crew to bring together for a worth local cause: “As a group of local breweries, the community has supported us so well, and it is only fair that we give back to a local charity that in turn gives to those in need.”

And the special brew’s tasting notes? “Dark, rich yet smooth lager, with a rather large shot of cold drip coffee”.
