19 Aug Nicholas needs your help
Nicholas needs your help! Nicholas is 9 years old and was born with a rare brain disorder which has caused him to develop a form of Epilepsy that no longer responds to medicine.
After 20+ hospital admissions in the last 18 months, we have tried 10 different drugs, cannabis oil treatment, the Ketogenic diet, all to no avail.
The time has now come to look at ways to enhance Nicholas’ day-to-day life at school, at home, out in the community, and to ensure his safety before a seizure happens.
This is where we need your help. We are aiming to raise $20,000 over the next 2 months.
Any donation, big or small, is truly appreciated and will go towards the cost involved to train a Smart Pup just for Nicholas. This organisation is a non for-profit organisation. The training for the pup can take 12-18 months but it is intense, and these dogs are just incredible.
