Hi everyone, and welcome to the very first Smart Pups blog! Exciting times, as Smart Pups moves into the blogging world, I look forward to you joining us on this journey!

As an intro on who is writing our blog, my name is Kate and I love writing so I have been given the task of keeping you all up to date with the latest Smart Pups news, along with some background stories about the various aspects of our Smart Pups operation.

A little about me – Of course animals are at the top of the list. I grew up with them and have had a variety of jobs including zoo keeper, stable hand, research scientist, park ranger and vet nurse.ย  I am a qualified veterinary nurse, working in the industry for thirteen years.ย  I extended this role by becoming a qualified TAFE teacher and now use these skills in a most unexpected but rewarding way, teaching inmates to train Smartpups in the prison system.

I hope you will get to know more about us and am looking forward to bringing you the stories of our amazing dogs, our fosters, our clients and our staff.

If you want to know more about me, or any of the Smart Pups team visit our website and get to know our team and remember to subscribe now to receive alerts when there is a new Smart Pups update or post.
